Courier Analytics That Actually Make Sense
The Analytics page shows your delivery rate, RTO rate, total COD, and net revenue for any date range you choose. See a city-wise breakdown so you know which cities deliver well and which ones are draining your shipping budget. Cities with delivery rates below 50% are highlighted in red so problem areas are impossible to miss.
A Complete Record of Every Shipment
Courier Logs keeps a permanent record of every order that goes through PostEx. See CN number, customer name, city, COD amount, courier fee, delivery status, and settlement status all in one table. Filter by status, search by name or order number, and export everything to CSV for your accountant.
Know Exactly Which COD Payments Have Been Received
FABTRACK tracks COD settlement status for every order. You can see which shipments have been settled, which are still pending, and the settlement date for paid orders. No more manually checking the PostEx portal to see if this week's remittance has come through.
Send Tracking Links to Customers in One Click
Every order in WooCommerce gets a Send WhatsApp button. Click it and a pre-filled WhatsApp message opens with the tracking link already included. The customer can then track their order directly on your website. Phone numbers are formatted automatically from 03xx to 923xx so the WhatsApp link always works.
Shipment Statuses Update Automatically
Set FABTRACK to sync tracking data every 1, 4, 8, or 12 hours and it will fetch updated statuses from PostEx in the background. Delivered orders are automatically marked as Completed in WooCommerce. Returned orders are marked as Cancelled. Your order statuses stay accurate without any extra work.
